Realizing Front-Loading, to clarify the problems at the stage of design and

archive the first time quality are not easy for manufactures.

Analysis has been conducted by Analysis specialists when problems

occurred. Naturally, designers do not have the know-how of advanced

analysis , which make it difficult for them to clarify the problems at the

initial stage of design.

　However, what if we can standardize the advanced know-how of analysis

specialists and make a wizard for designers’ use? 　

This will enable designers to conduct analysis concurrently with the

designing stage.

The company has been conducting analysis by Design Engineers

using NX CAE and plan to realize front-loading in Product Design in 2007.

『Analysis specialists never understand what designers want. We just want to know the performance of design model, but once they look at us, tell us to change this part or cut that part. And now you telling me to cut up the parts and allot them?』

It is not necessarily the case that the design concept of Software is user-friendly.
